Application
It is best to start your adhesive placement working from the
bottom, upwards for support
1. Ensure skin is clean, dry, and free from all moisturisers and oils.
2. Cut your tape to desired lengths.
3. Gently peel back the protective cover to reveal a 2-inch adhesive surface.
4. Place tape onto your breast in the direction you require and secure your adhesive.
5. Slowly pull off the rest of your adhesive cover as you press down, securing the adhesive into place. Cut as many pieces as you require and continue following the steps until you have achieved desired support and coverage.
Removal
Do not rip your tape off like a band-aid or it can cause skin sensitivity or injury.
Support your skin with one hand and slowly, very gently remove your tape with the other.
If you are having trouble removing your tape, saturate your tape in water to release the glue or apply a generous amount of baby oil and allow to set for 10 mins and then remove.
- Recommended to wear for 8-12 hours.
- Pre-test a patch on your breasts first for skin sensitivity or allergies.
- Do not use on sensitive, broken, irritated, or sunburnt skin.
- If you experience any discomfort or redness, remove it immediately.

Our breast tape is designed with a revolutionary biological glue on the inner surface, making it incredibly gentle on the skin. Unlike traditional adhesive tapes, this biological glue allows for easy, painless removal. It either gently peels off or can be saturated with water to release, leaving no harsh residue or irritation behind.
How does the biological glue differ from regular adhesive?
The biological glue in our breast tape is formulated to be much softer and less abrasive on the skin compared to typical adhesives. It provides a secure hold, but when it’s time to remove the tape, it comes off easily and painlessly, without causing skin damage or discomfort. You can also saturate the tape with water to loosen it if needed.
How should I apply the breast tape?
To apply the tape, clean and dry your skin thoroughly before placing the tape on the desired area. Ensure the skin is free of lotions, oils, or any other products that may interfere with the adhesive. Apply the tape firmly for a secure hold, and adjust as needed to achieve the desired shape and lift.
Is the tape waterproof?
No, we recommend not wearing our breast tape while swimming. While our tape is sweat proof it uses a special adhesive that can be easily removed with water, it’s designed for dry conditions and may not hold securely when submerged.

No, our breast tape is formulated with a gentle adhesive that won’t leave sticky residue on your skin. It’s designed to be easily removed without the need for harsh rubbing or cleaning.
Can I use this tape more than once?
Our breast tape is designed for single-use application. While the tape provides a secure hold during wear, it is not intended to be reused once removed.
