Return and Exchanges Policy

At BZEZ, we prioritise delivering a positive customer experience and aim to make returns and exchanges as easy and hassle-free as possible. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process for returns or exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon approval, you may choose to either exchange the item or receive store credit. Store credit has no expiry and can be used at any time.

Return Conditions

Fabric Items (Shapewear, etc.)

  • All fabric items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags still attached.
  • We recommend trying on shapewear with your own underwear underneath to protect the fabric from damage and ensure it remains in new condition for returns.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet these conditions.
  • No returns are given for underwear and G-strings styles due to the nature of the product.

Adhesive Products (Nipple covers, adhesive bras, breast tape, etc.)

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging, with protective seals intact.
  • Products should not be opened, used, or have box seals tampered with.
  • If the packaging has been opened or damaged, the item is not eligible for return or exchange.

Note: Adhesive products are intended for single-person use only. Returns for change of mind will not be accepted unless the above conditions are met.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you choose to exchange an item, we will send the exchanged product to you at no additional cost via standard shipping.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Please contact our Customer Service team at hello@bzez.store with your order number and specify the item(s) you'd like to exchange.
  2. Once we verify the return, we will dispatch your exchanged product with free standard shipping as soon as your return is received.

Important Notes

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
  • Tracking: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns to ensure your items are safely received.
  • Processing Time: Upon receipt of your returned item, we will process your exchange or issue store credit within 2 to 5 business days (excluding shipping time).

If you choose store credit, the full value of the returned items will be issued as a discount code, which can be used on any future purchase. Store credit will be issued upon delivery of your return and has no expiration date.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if there is an error in your order, please inspect your items immediately. Contact us right away at hello@bzez.store, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
