Returns and Exchanges Policy for BZEZ

Bzez adhesive products are intended for single-person use only, and for hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept change of mind returns. Please consult our size charts for accurate sizing guidance and get in touch with customer support should you have any questions about our products.

Defective items:

- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

- To be eligible, your product must be unused and in its original packaging, with protective seals intact. Products should not be opened, used, or box seals tampered with.

- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Please note:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of defect or error on our part.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Processing Times:

- Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a store credit or dispatch your exchange product within 2 to 5 business days, exclusive of shipping time.
